Care, respect and sensitivity are at the heart of everything we do. We welcome 38 male and female residents aged 65 years and over.
What makes you you? Helping you keep your independence is key, and we encourage you to maintain your social and cultural links. We’re experienced in finding the balance between providing reassuring and attentive care while respecting independence and privacy.
We use continual and rigorous procedures to ensure the constant high level of service that Manor Lodge has become known for. These include a monthly quality assurance audit, twice-yearly meetings under the Investors in People process, and an annual in-depth audit called an Annual Quality Assurance Assessment to ensure we meet the standards set by the Care Quality Commission and Government regulations.
Of course, we value our residents’ feedback too. We have a Residents’ Charter, which describes in detail what they can expect of us, and a comprehensive complaints procedure in the unlikely event that someone isn’t happy.
Our manager, Eileen O’Neill, and our deputy manager, Alison Sleeman, are supported by a dedicated team of employees. All of our staff have ongoing training to make sure they can continue to provide the quality of service we’re so proud of. We have dedicated housekeeping, care, gardening, catering, laundry and management teams, but ultimately we all work together and act as one.
